Términos Tienda Online

Venta de Productos:

- En nuestra web podrá comprar artículos a la venta que dispongamos en nuestra tienda física, estos artículos están a disposición del usuario/a en la tienda online  de nuestra web previo pago que aparezca en pantalla incluido en el precio el correspondiente IVA en vigor en el Reino de España.

- El plazo máximo de entrega desde que el usuario realizo la compra en la web será de 30 días laborables. 

- El coste de envió dependerá de la dirección de entrega, este coste aparecerá en el proceso de compra al introducir la dirección de entrega, en caso de que el usuario retire por sus medios de nuestra tienda física el articulo adquirido en nuestra web este coste de retirada tendrá un valor de 0€.

- Los precios aparecen en pantalla con el correspondiente IVA en vigor en el Reino de España.

- Cuando el usuario contrata el servicio de envió este solo se aplicada aun producto,

(en caso de adquirir mas productos este tendrá que realizar varias compras indicando cada vez la dirección de destino y los datos correspondientes).

- Solo realizamos envíos en España Peninsular.

- El coste del envió se calcula por volumen y peso del articulo adquirido.

POLITICA DE DEVOLUCIONES.

Política de Devoluciones, Daños y Reembolsos.

 

1. Derecho de Desistimiento y Gastos de Devolución
El usuario dispone de 14 días naturales desde la recepción del pedido para ejercer su derecho de devolución. En caso de desistimiento por voluntad del cliente (cuando el producto no presenta defectos), los costes directos del envío de devolución correrán a cargo del cliente, quien deberá asegurar que la mercancía llegue en perfecto estado a nuestras instalaciones donde revisaremos el producto devuelto.

2. Excepciones al Derecho de Devolución
No se aceptará la devolución en los siguientes casos:

  • Productos Personalizados: Artículos fabricados o confeccionados expresamente siguiendo las indicaciones del cliente.

  • Manipulación Indebida: Artículos que presenten daños, roturas en la composición floral o signos de mala praxis por parte del cliente, usuario/a o destinatario/a que los hagan inservibles para su puesta a la venta. (Una vez revisado en nuestra instalaciones).

 

3. Recepción de Mercancía en Mal Estado (Rotura por Transporte)
Si en el momento de la entrega el paquete presenta daños visibles (golpes, caja abierta o mojada), el cliente deberá seguir obligatoriamente este protocolo para que podamos gestionar la incidencia:

  1. IMPORTANTE:. Hacer constar el daño en el albarán o documento de recepción del transportista (ej. "Paquete dañado" o "Pendiente de revisar").

  2. Realizar fotografías del embalaje exterior y del producto dañado.

  3. Notificar la incidencia en un plazo máximo de 24 horas desde la recepción del pedido enviando un email a bloomcorefloral@gmail.com o floralqueria@live.com aportando las fotos. Este plazo es imprescindible para que podamos reclamar al seguro del transporte.

4. Procedimiento de Reembolso
Una vez recibida la mercancía y comprobado su estado (y que no ha habido manipulación indebida), procederemos al reembolso del importe:

  • Método: El abono se realizará siempre mediante el mismo método de pago utilizado en la compra original.

  • Plazos: El reembolso puede tardar en verse reflejado en su extracto bancario hasta 14 días naturales, dependiendo de la entidad bancaria y su operativa interna. Este plazo contará a partir de la resolución favorable de la incidencia o recepción del producto.

  • En caso de ser favorable total o parcialmente la devolución solo afecta al articulo en cuestión.

Devoluciones

Normativas de Entrega

1. In-Store Pickup (Click & Collect)

This option is free and allows the customer to receive their order quickly.

  • Collection point: c/ Jesus, 50 Bjo Izquierda cp 46007 - Valencia - Spain.

  • Availability time: The order will be ready within the timeframe I indicate during the purchase process.

  • Notification: You will receive an email or SMS when your order is ready for collection.

  • Requirements: You must present your ID and proof of purchase (digital or printed). If someone else is coming on your behalf, they must bring a signed authorization and a copy of the buyer's ID.

2. Home Delivery with Own Transport

Ideal for local deliveries or bulky/delicate products.

  • Coverage areas: We make direct deliveries in the city of Valencia and nearby towns.

  • Delivery days: Our own deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. and between 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

  • Coordination: We could contact you beforehand by phone or WhatsApp to agree on an approximate delivery time slot.

3. Shipping via Transport Agency

For shipments outside our direct delivery area.

  • Delivery time: Between 2 and 7 business days once the order leaves our facilities.

  • Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to check the status of your package on the agency's website.

  • Delivery attempts: If the agency cannot locate anyone at the address, they will make a second attempt or leave the package at a nearby collection point.

It is essential that the client knows what to do if there is a visual problem:

Upon delivery, please check that the packaging is in good condition. If you notice any external damage, please note it on the carrier's delivery note and inform us within 24 hours so we can process the insurance claim.
